Old timer returns

So I took another vacation from GW and its been 1 month and now I'm back so could someone tell me whats changed? Just want a quick list...atm I've seen ToA ursan groups looking for people with cons...which i heard is now a good thing cuase you need no skill to use ursan to clr something lol. So a few things about PvE changes would be nice.

Also the main thing is PvP mainly HA cuase thats what im going to be doing now so i can get to r6 since im already r4-5
