Admins abusing power?

i just got hit with the banhammer for 3 days because of "inappropriate language."

I hadn't logged on for at least 3 weeks, until a day ago, when I was scrub-rubbing in RA. We face virtually the same team twice, flawless both and i get shit talked in pm by a certain guild known for it's devs.. I tell him to qq, go dnd and call it gg.. I log on today to find I'm banned for 3 days; mind you I typed 6 lines at most to this player which were devoid of expletives.

I honestly have doubts anet's staff's credibility. (I would go into detail about how izzy secretly asked farin/others from DF a few months ago to skill balance without anet's permission, but I'll save that for another day.)

Anyway, it's off topic but...

Does the formal process that everyone follows to report another player apply to gm's/devs/admins?
I'm not sure regular players would be able to answer this, but it would be nice to get some input.

Offc. some admins will fail, gues what they are only humans. I got banned for say niger before, I actually ment to say niger (The river) because we discussing something... Weekend banned for offensive language... People make mistakes, get personal, abuse powers, nothing you can do about

(I won't even start on support etc, by the same you would get unbanned, if even, weekend will be long over)

The forum can't help with your banned problem, although you could request a copy of the chat log involved.

As for /report, it doesn't matter who the other player is, the process is the same.

While I do believe the OP, it's hard to prove it. Why would you screenshot one of the many whiners in RA

I never asked for a repeal. I wanted to know if gm's have to follow the same process to request a suspension, or if they can implement one without question.


Edit: No, I'm not crying over anything. I asked a SIMPLE question, not for a repeal or anything of the sort. Read the post before you flame please.

Looks like here its just another poor sport that was mad, now little kid is banned so he has to go qqing to everyone, God I love these threads, well, until its LOCKED
