My mesmer has SunSpear 7, but the three skill givers for Cry of Pain aren't showing that they have it? Is there a certain rank needed or...?

Are you clicking on "Mesmer Skills" or "Sunspear Skills"?

Cry of Pain is listed under "Sunspear Skills" in Kamadan and the Sunspear Great Hall, at hero skill trainers.
