Is skill "Great Dwarf Armor" good for Healer?

I have max Deldimor rank. Look at "Great Dwarf Armor" (GDA): 5/1/10
for 40s: +60 HP/24 Armor (+24 armor vs Destroyer)
I think, this is bad skill for protector, who have more good skill, such as PS, RoF, Aegis and etc. However, I'm healer with next build:
Healing Prayer/Divine Favor max; HB/Ethereal Light/DKiss/Cure Hex/Heal Party/Ressurect (rest of Summon ice Imp, Vampirism, may be Heal Ring for supporting MM or something for E-management)
This is good build for my 8 henchs/heroes or human's team and I don't want to be protector or hybrid. But i have some problem with protection of puller (f.e. in TOMB). Is the GDA enough good for this purpose? May be Anybody know other variants?

I prefer "I am Unstoppable!" on my monk, with +24 armour and cannot be knocked down or crippled. I find it to be very useful!

The OP was wanting to prot a target that is going to get aggro. Ala tank'nspank I think.
The best answer is hybrid and prot spirit. However, GDA is not an enchant so you don't have to worry about it being removed if your tank is /mo. +24 Armor is I think 33% reduction(someone will correct me soon if wrong). It wont help with armor ignoring damage. I haven't done pve Tombs in...like ages it seems so I don't recall exactly what all the chaos stuff does.
If you still refuse to use Prot in the build then GDA does help with dealing with armor effected damage.
Still, the "best" would be to run some Prot(9 is enough) and bring Protective Spirit, unless your tank is /mo and it would get ripped off by the Chaos stuff.

I have used it in the past mostly for fun, its a nice skill and can replace small prots on a Hybrid bar.

Yeah, it can serve a purpose on your common hybrid bar, +60hp and +24 armour is quite hard to pass up to be honest, depending on the situation.

The main problem with GDA is what skill you take out to replace it. On-face, GDA appears to be strictly worse than any of the skills on a standard mixed bar.

It's a good skill, but I'd have to say no, because any other caster class can use a support skill like that just as effectively (if not more) than a monk. And a monk's bar is already really tight.

As I see from discussion, the best solution is still hybrid monk. I dislike hybrid, because I must have too much skills in my bars and lost some attribute points in HP/DF for 1-2 seldom used skills (PS/RoF/SoA). This is strange opinion, I know: most of all "best" monks prefer hybrid builds. As for me, in hard PvE "hard" healing monk is better for me, than prot of hybrid in most of situations, espesially under AoE attacks. So I need Heal Party, which good only under HB. And than I use HB/Heal Party/DKiss/Ethereal Light.

Most of time I'm playing in HM. And I have no problems with spike-attack (on one hero/hench). Of course, for these attacks prot-skills are better, than healing after. However, I often have AoE-attacks (all of members my team lost 1/4-1/3 of health). I have 8 members of my team and I cannot protect all by PS/RoF/SoA and etc. Only heal of party under HB 1-2 times can save my team. Examples:
1. TOMB, 1-3 Terrorweb Dryders. All of members are under Mark of Rodgort and after fireball and Meteor of Shower have 50% of health.
2. Secret Lair of the Snowmen. To pick up the Dungeon Key, I need to go thru hard AoE ice-machines with ice-attacks. I cannot protect all 8 neroes/henchs by PS/AoE - I have no enough energy/time for it.
And others. So, in full party with heroes/henchs I prefer to be healer. In hard situations I take hench-protector or hero-prot with Mo/Me: Power Drain/Leech Signet/ZB/RoF/Aegis/PS.
