Salvage mods, then sell for 2-4k.

Edit: req9-s going not modded for ~10k.. I've bought several q9-q13 (caster shields, for pvp), got the higher reqs at max 3k, req9-s for 5-10k.

I've sold them for 12-15k before with crap mods, but I wouldn't expect to get that every time, I'd say 7-8k is more reasonable
