Creating a Warrior/Paragon in original campaign

Hey,

So I have been away from the game for probably 2 years, but I bought nightfall and was hoping to go back through the original campaign as a warrior/paragon. I know I can't pick up paragon as a secondary at the beginning, but is there a place later in the game that I would be able to? how far in would it be, and how challenging is it to do?

Ascend (I recommend doing the Nightfall method of ascending, which can be done relatively quickly if you start Nightfall with a foreign character), then you can change secondarys in the Great Temple of Balthazar.

Ascend in the desert or finish Nahpui quarter. Then go to the profession changer in great temple of balthazar or Senji's corner and change it then.

There are 2 ways to do it:

1 Create a Nightfall Warrior W/P and play through
2 Create a Prof W/X play through/get run to LA, go ascend (1hr max in nf, probably 3hrs via run to sanctum cay). If you went through build the command post and talk to the prof trainer, or go to balth temple and change there.

This doesn't work. Ascension in NF only counts as ascension if you're a NF-originating character. It's on both wiki's, and I checked this in-game myself with my Factions Warrior. It doesn't make much sense, but it holds true.

I'd recommend you create your Warrior, play it to 20 and ascend in Prophecies, and then head to Great Temple of Balthazar and pick up a Paragon secondary profession there (500g)
