legendary guardian benefits

Everytime my f-list and guildies ask me why I'm not going for legendary guardian, my response is always the same; "unless the merchants approach me and offer me a 50% discount and buy everything at 50% more, I won't bother". So here are the benefits:
1.The merchant AND the xunlai agent carrying their silly chest will approach me, and not the other way around, regardless of town/outpost.
2.The xunlai agent will offer to hoard stuff in a secret compartment(extra storage tab)
3.The merchant will offer to sell all wares to me at a 50% discount, and buy all things at 50% more from my inventory.
4.All guards and kingdom infrastructure npc's will bow before me when I pass.
5.All dwarven npc's give you ale.
6.Fireworks automatically go off when in any Factions outposts/towns.
7.I just realized at number 7 that if you get all this at Legendary Guardian, you must have something really, really badass if you're a GWAMM.

p.s. I expect at least three lolcats from Stormlord Alex, I was so disappointed in him from my saiyan post.

But honestly, I think this is a joke.

no, too much money to be gained from it by selling to people also. from this

ie. salvage kit -2k
they buy it for 2k-50% =1k
they can sell it to trader for 1k seller cost + 50% =1.5k
so 500g for literly 2 clicks,
thats not even taking into account the discount of towns then selling it to normal towns.

also NO title shouldget any opf those.

You get 3 FREE titles for each guardian
You get a fourth FREE title just by getting the 3 others

The reward is supposed to be the title, now people want a reward#2 just like that. Do you ask your boss for extra cash at the end of the month as a reward for successfully getting your salary?

These Titles are already easy enough to max, they don't deserve benefits

Not so sure about this.
The benefits do sound appealing - especially the merch one - but I doubt it would be enough for me to go around and just do tons of missions I don't want to do. Personally I have never in all my gaming time done the Hidden City (the only reason why I know it exists it's because the free chest is there ) mission - and I have done the two missions where ... you're in a prison or something and you save someone or something and the other one where you follow Koosy instead of Melloni and then clean the garden or something - only once (and I don't mean once per character - but rather once - period).
It's just boring, boring, boring - and I doubt even this could make me do it.


So no need writing all that code for the NPCs to bow at my feet.

The benefit for ACHIEVEMENT titles is the titles themselves and HoM statues.

NOTHING else.

Only grind titles (both PvP and PvE) have benefits.
In PvP it's usually increase in faction cap or emotes.
In PvE it's usually things like lockpick rates, salvage or PvE skill power-up.

Only grinds titles and grind titles ONLY have benefits.

If you look it that way, only Drunkard, Sweet Tooth and Party Animal are left. Their only possible benefit would be increase in duration of those items that increase the titles.

Troll, I have Legendary Guardian. The benefit of having Legendary Guardian is simple: being able to display what is arguably the single most badass PvE title in the game.
