PC - Ruby's and Saphires

Hey, I was planning on buying a vabbian armor set, and I noticed that the prices of Ruby's and Saphires fluxuates a bit, I was just wondering what they were worth at the current time.

I checked the trader and they were 3.2, but I wasent sure if that was an accurate estimation. Anyway, thanks for your time, and hopefully your response. ^.^
