This is not very specific, your elite skill is usually determined by the kind of build you're using. A good elite is usually Preservation, or Expel Hexes for the Mesmer.

Weapon of Remedy
Spirit light weapon
spirit channeling
ritual lord
are primarily the ones i use on my rit

also Vengeful was Khanhei is a must have for solo builds like the 130 rit

P.s. The only Ritualist elite worth taking is Offering of Spirit, if you have Nightfall. Otherwise, most of your normal skills will outshine your elite.
