PC Muakai's Reaver

Hi, I just traded a white dye for this green and was wondering if I got ripped off or not...

Stats are:
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30

For those who don't know...thanks =D

That's about right. I generally see these for ~3-5k in game.
