You need to try and lure those mobs apart. If you are dying where I think you are then there are three mobs in that area, 2 of which have Prophets and Domination Charr. If you have a Ranger then get them too lure one while you stay back a fair distance. Do this for each of the mobs and you should have no problems.

easy. SLOWLY work your way down. take 2-3 spiders at a time. keep killing the pop-ups until you get to the boss spider. DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AGGRO THE BOSS. aggro'ing the boss is what triggers the huge mob of spiders that surround you. once you kill all the spiders up towards the boss, run like made crazy through the aggro into the portal. if you are worried about dying while running, flag your heroes ahead of you first, following directly behind them, and then unflagging your heroes 3-4 seconds later so that they can start healing again (obviously b/c once you flag heroes a certain distance, they ignore stopping to heal and just keep running).

That second level can be tough, a MM is surely a must around there to be honest. Frozen soil is always good, means you don't HAVE to take the prophets out first (always easier if you can though).
At the very start be quick and you can get the seekers and prophets before they mix with the other larger groups, if they do it can be very hard. As it was said above luring is good, although with hero's and hench you have to put up with the charr on your side usually getting in the way alot, can be very annoying.

Pain Inverter + MS + SS from your heroes = death in a few secs. You should have enough healing from the 2 healer henchies and one of your own, preferably a N/Rt healer. I've H/H'd it twice in HM, beat it both times np.

I know the part you're talking about-it's pretty easy, but you gotta take it slow.
As you come down the ramp, you'll notice there's a wonderful little corner that you can fight from. Position whoever is your frontline guy there, and just pull one group at a time. If you get popups, move back up the hill and away from the aggro. Then just rinse and repeat-you'll be done in a couple minutes. If you rush this, it's a sure way to get your team dead.

I was going fine on it myself untill I hit a mob of charr with three resmers and two healers. I didn't have quite enough damage mitigation with me (lacking "SY!") so my party couldn't last long enough to keep them down. The solution was to simply spam consumables.
Deadly Panda
Last time I did this, I ran 2 Ursans, 2 Monks, 1 ele and 3 necro's (sab)
We did it w/o trouble in a fast time.
If you need help, give me a whisper ^^

Yeah, I h/h'd it about 3 or 4 times and didn't think anything of it, and then one day it started kicking my ass. I've taken it out of my run because I know what I'm supposed to do with aggro and everything, but it's still too much of a headache.
I think Katari is the only other person so far that has identified the OP's problem; one guy advised to "run through" and then went on to give his advice on the spiders that the thread's author can't reach because he's getting killed by the Charr in the Big Room (tm) before the spiders. The author, I believe, is getting owned by that double mob of charr that you hit right before the ramp-ups on the second level.
One thing I noticed about this mob before I went insane and stopped playing this mission, was that they all run at you when you first break aggro, but if they lose it you can pull them away one mob at a time. When you first walk into the room it looks like one gargantuan mob, but if you break aggro and run away I think they break up into two seperate mobs. Naturally, as I remember it, it's always the dual-healer mob that stays closest to you, removing the option of destroying the weaker mob for minions first.
Your best bet--if you're into this kind of thing and have a lot of time on your hands--is usually to string them out. You might have to keep flagging your party back to make sure they can heal you but aren't breaking aggro themselves. If you get lucky enough to wind up with the healers in the back (see why I stopped playing this mission? ) when they start to turn around you can kill one or two of them before they can do anything about it.
That said, I suffer some handicaps because I'm h/hing with a monk which means I have that much less damage than most other players. How you handle the Big Room (tm) might have a lot to do with what class you're playing, but I've only ever been in there as a monk so I don't know.

3x Necro is your friend i run this with herta, cynn, mehlo and lina, and me as an ub.
basically all you do is steam roll over the charr, i do the quest all the time for hero hand book purposes. of course u have to be patient, watch the mob patterns, i suggest run the dungeon and watch how they move, and learn when to pull, thats how i do it.
