Trade Soldier's Fury for Aggressive Refrain and get a real elite? Cruel Spear is pretty good if you can't think of anything.
Leader's Comfort is pretty terrible - you're a Paragon. You do not need a self-heal because you simply cannot die in PvE. I'd use Signet of Return, Anthem of Flame or "Save Yourselves!" there instead.
Also, attributes are pretty messed up - Leadership @ 14 or 12 for energy return breakpoints, more than that is wasting health.

Go for the Eyes is pretty good-but I like to have a little more consistant damage-I would recommend Anthem of Envy-granted it only works for foes above 50% health, but it is more consistant in terms of damage.
Definetely put leadership at 12, and Spear at 14. Depending on how you set up your runes this'll allow you raise your command and you can get more bang for your buck out of that skill line (not to mention the shield).
Like Alex said, Drop Soldier's Fury and pack another elite. Cruel Spear and Stunning Strike are both pretty good. Leader's Comfort is a handicap really-nice when you're just starting out, but with a 2 sec. cast time it's pretty mediocre. I would slot that out for Agressive Refrain and then maintain AR with There's Nothing to Fear. Basically when you get outside use AR+FGJ and hit There's Nothing to Fear when you get your energy back.
I would also rotate out either one or both adrenaline attacks. The ones you have are pretty good, but you'll be wanting your adrenaline to go into your adrenaline shout and your elite (if you go with the ones that have been suggested). And at 12 Leadership you should have enough energy to use those energy attacks anyways. Vicious Attack, Swift Javeline and Spear of Lightening are good choices.

Enduring Harmony will give 10 extra seconds on FGJ. I would keep it.
Between the two it would highly depend on the area you're in. Stunning Strike does the same amount of damage as Cruel Spear (roughly) and will caused the dazed condition-which is handy for casters-but it does cost 3 adrenaline more. It would be more appropiate for caster heavy areas, or areas where your physicals have a tendency to come with healers.
Cruel Spear would be more for heavy physical areas-deep wound at range is pretty sweet.
It's a tough call between the two-I would cap both and change according to the type of enemies you're facing.

Well focuses anger was actually my 1st elite but then i capped Solider's Fury, but tbh i can mix between Focussed Anger, Soldier's Fury, Anthem of Guidence, Cruel Spear and Stunning Spear.
Atm my skill bar is: Aggressive Refrain Anthem of Flame "RGJ" "GFTE" Cruel Spear (Elite) Spear of Lightning Vicious Attack "TINTF" need anymore improvments? Hodgie Richardt
I'd say you're looking pretty good with that skill line.
