Do you guys have any idea who'll be the new CR manager yet? I'd like him/her to introduce himself in a thread, partly because we'll have an idea of the background and partly so I can quickly bookmark his/her account. And not in the least so I can introduce myself as his/her private stalker.

If people are just reading the announcement page or the announcement at the log-in screen, it reads as if Gaile's leaving ArenaNet entirely, but that's not the case, at least according to the summary blurb on the homepage.
Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but that's what it's seemed like to me when read without the bit in quotes >.>

Yeah, she is just leaving her current position, but if you start out just reading the actual page for it/in-game announcement it seems like she's leaving ANet as well.

My opinion of Gaile is influenced on nothing else other then the way she conducted her meetings with the gaming community of GW. One word to sum her up was... nice, too nice as a matter of fact. Now I understand it's a PR's job to not say yes or no basically, but I'd rather just see yes/no under ever question on those giant screen shotted spreadsheets instead of a few sentences of bull crap. I mean how many ways can you say "it has not yet been decided", "there is no info at this time", "we have something special in the works". To be honest, the whole little fan fare surrounding her eerily reminded me of a few individuals back from the WoW forums. I mean considering how many times I've seen attempts at seperating GW from WoW on here, one would think that the community itself would try to change as well. But of course the people flocking around Gaile saying crap like, "Gaile>Chuck Norris gtfo nub" are usually the same people who thought GW:EN was a good addition to GW.
