Account Wronly Banned - Open Letter to Gayle Gray or any Dev

Hi Gaile im really worried about my account, when i tryed to connect today it saids that i got my account terminated for trading with real money for gold or items, wich is not true, you can check i have played the game for about 26 months im a PvP character with not one single good weapon on it, i dont have expensive armor or weapons, and im rank 6 on heros ascent, and i nearly play... mostly weekends.
If i got banned because the the gold that i have on my account it isnt mine only it belong to my brother's account and just some is mine this deccision is affecting myself and my brother, I dont know how this system can make such a huge mistake and ban a person that actually enjoy the game and have been a loyal customer since i got ALL the expansions and campaings.

This is causing me a lot of stress because I have invested over 2000 hours of game last time I check, and all the efforts I made. If anet describe that when someone falls pray of fraudulent activity he gets very upset and stressed, when you see your account that you put a lot of effort "terminated" you get even more upset and stressed. thank you for your time.

did your brother buy gold and put some on your account? you might wanna contact the anet help page cause guru cant do anything.

no isnt bought gold... he have been reselling lockpicks since factions buy 1200 gp resell 1250 gp... in bulks... are only nearly 500 k... we just was about to buy a good weapon for us for the firts time...


he have a separated account... but his gold was in mine account cuz i dont play that much and he use my account to resell the lockpicks. I already contacted anet support but as u may guest im really worried.

You have to put in a support ticket, we can't do anything here.
