this will be helpfull for hero's ascent, and well any where ppl want to get into the top districs. after beening AFK for X mins ( i was thinking 20-30) you are moved into the last district of that town.

mmm I dont see this working. I sometimes have to go get the phone and I'm afk for 10 or maybe 15 minutes.

yes, but some ppl dont (mainly the mctiggers) they are always there, atleast 2 of them, but never no more than 4 of them. but there are also other ppl there who go afk.

its 1 guy who has multipul accounts (4), he has 4 monks in full obby who stand in a line in ha id1 doing some random /XXX * emote taking up space from ppl that want to spam R0 LF r15+ LOLOLOLOLOLO!!!!11!!one.

I made a thread about this like, 6 months ago, and it was generally shot down.
I really hate rerolling a new char for HA, and I whisper the party leader, and he/she says "we're in ID1" and its full, so either, I have to ask the whole party to move just for me, and then move back to go try to find another person, and it's really just a lot of loading times and stress that could be easily avoided.

Or if you go AFK in any town for 30 minutes, it ports you to GH. That way you only clog up your own hall.

What happen to the group forming in id1? For more than 30 min? The member who goes afk will be kicked? It's stupid. Beside why care too much about id1? Isn't the search chart is for that? Mctigger is fine, they do no harm to us at all!

And people could be sent to the Character selection screen, guild hall or the last district when they go AFK for too much time while not under events.
