FoW Question

Let me write a little story just to make my question child friendly.

***I have looked over many many other post to make sure this isn't a repeat. it may be one though from ages past.***

Bob wants FoW armor. Bob is level 3 and ascended. Bob wants to stay that level when he gets his FoW. Bob is in a FoW group and his buddies are doing all the FoW quests. Does Bob also have to complete all the Forgemaster quests to get his FoW or does just at least one member have to?

Yes you have to accept the quests.

There was a big study here on Guru to find out what the minimum level you could get FoW, and it was lvl7.

You need to accept the rewards for The Eternal Forgemaster, Defend the Temple of War, and Restore the Temple of War to "unlock" armor crafting from the forgemaster for that instance. That'll bump you to around L7, I think.

Level 7 is 21,000 and those two are 20,000. But, you need to add to this level because:
So add to the 20,000 total experience the amount you wold learn "ascending".
