more items stackable and more items in a stack

I would like to suggest more items get stackable. My greatest frustration is that all my chars are always packed with item, just cause i can't stack. I suggest that all things that are an exact match can be stacked. I am thinking about inscriptions, runes. Also i would like to change the max number of items in a stack from 250 to 999 or 1000, depending on how big it can be made
