I don't have a shield like this, but they exist and I want one. How much should I expect to pay for a shield with the exact stats in the title?

depends on the skin. but i think they are rare. for an oldschool dualmod you have to pay a lot if you find one. just try to buy one in the "Buy" area of ventaris corner

I have a couple of those monk shields. Prices vary a lot, depending on skin and stats. The +30/+1(20%) are probably the most expensive ones. I payed from 10k to 70k for each. The bigger problem is finding people who have them and are willing to sell them.
