First of all, sorry for my english xD

Well, we can buy alcohol in the merchs, or farming kilroy in GW:EN, we can trade sweets in some collectors, but why we can't buy or trade party items?

My idea is, the Fireworks Master in Kurzik and Luxon citys can sell some party items to the guild of the city.

If they buy this party items to 100g can sell it to other people for 120-150g each, and can win 1 point for party items.

Then we can acquire this tittle few easy, and don't wait partys or special events.

I do agree that there is a need for some party items at traders somewhere to provide a decent source of te items after the event market has dried up. But they should scale the prices to that of alchol/sweets at traders (200g a point) to make it more worthwhile to buy from other players when possible.

Or just wait till cathan newyear and start farming lots of party items

Anyway, it would be handy to have them for sale at the merchant.

Red Bean Cakes and Rice Wine is sold by Merchants in Cantha. If they added another item that had the same price per point, I would support having that added.

When you can buy all the party items and buy all the other festival items including hats "suggested elsewhere" from a trader.

Just what would be the reason for attending a festival.

To put it another way when it's Halloween, Winterfest, New Year etc 365 days a year how do you celebrate anything.

Aren't Snowman Summoners party items?

Because you could always run that dungeon over and over again...

You shouldn't be able to "buy" titles, which is essentially what you'd be able to do. It defeats the purpose of attending these events and getting them the correct way. There are already plenty of titles that can be bought, and quite frankly titles like this actually are enjoyable for people like me who don't have massive amounts of cash.

/agree, you can run the snowman dungeon over and over but if they're gonna give you a title like drunk/sweets they should have the party items available at merchants like the drunk/sweets are.

Wisdom. Sweet Tooth. Drunkard. I'm sure there are plenty of other titles that can be bought to max.

We already have enough titles that you can buy.

Why not just have a title where your cash is directly converted to points for the title and eliminate all this buy-consume crap?

There was another thread on this that was identical to this request.

I agree that drunkard, sweet tooth, and party animal all need to be set up the same way. This would mean adding party animal items to the quartermaster type of collectors (imperial commendations, battle commendations, kournan coins, etc) should be tradeable for party animal items (1 point type). Traders that sell dwarven ale should have some type of 1 point party animal items there too.

/signed. I agree with above comment. There should be a party item trader, but with a max cap on how much you can buy daily, so if you do buy, it would take at least an rl year or more. Now buying off the merchant and bribery of other players will occur.
