Dervish Build with odd requirements

What would you use for general purpose HM PvE if you had the following restrictions?
1) 6 skills only
2) At most 1 PvE Skill.
3) Must have constant (or near constant) IAS (or simulated IAS)
4) No secondary proffession skills
Currently I'm running with:
12+1+1 Scythe, 9+1 Wind, 9 mysticism
Wounding Strike {E}
2 of (Rending Sweep,zealous sweep,Banishing Strike,Reap Impurities,radiant scythe)
One of (Rending Aura, vow of piety, test of faith)
Whirling Charge
Dwarven Stability
Better ideas?

Hmm, tough one... I'd substitute Wind Prayers and a couple Scythe Mastery points for Earth Prayers and Mysticism and take Vow of Strength, Aura of Holy Might, Vital Boon, Signet of Pious Light, Heart of Fury and depending on your other group members, Armor of Sanctity (provided someone else is causing conditions) or Conviction
using only 6 skills, I'd say Survivability goes above damage, yet with Vow Of Strength -and- Aura of Holy Might, you'll be doing mad damage anyway. constant IAS isn't -absolutely- necessary, but if it is a must for you, you could even sub AoHM for Dwarven Stability, and drink something :P

AoM isn't that great in PvE. Theres rarely enough conditions being thrown around to warrant it. Some places it is good, like Shards of Orr, but as a general build, I think it is a bit excessive.
Just my opinion anyway.

Just my opinion anyway. It's not only for the anti-condition, it's for the spammable Eviscerate aswell.
Eternal Aura
Avatar of Melandru
Wearying Strike
Mystic Sweep
Imbue Health
Heart of Fury
Mine's the same as Morgoth's, only perma-Melandru and some strong heal.

Capture sig and capture sig
No competition, I'm just looking something versatile to run while taking my second toon vanqing through the vanquing ordeal. I did the same with my warrior, the problem is that I find my all my derv templates are full of skills from secondaries and don't react well when a skill or two is removed.

Winterclaw
Usually people cap in NM...
I'd choose something like Eternal aura and maybe AoB or for places with lots of hexes AoD.

@ OP, My vote is probably with Aura of Holy Might, that skill seldom leaves my dervish PvE bars these days.
