How hard is it to press "Print Screen" with the item selected before you pick it up (that way the assigned to name shows up)? When I did it for the serpentine axe people thanked me.

They are too many people that want to spread disinformation because they want the price kept high or because they like doing things to cause others grief.

The celestial compass is a great example. No proof has every surfaced that it drops from locked chest in Dalada Uplands.

This can not be proven by a screen at all. Opening chests that need keys don't appear in the chat log.

Wrong, open a chest and the item that comes out will have your named assigned to it. Just select the item and take a screen shot of it.

Smaller picture came from the larger picture. One screeen shot shows what drops and where it came from.

In a way yes, still doesn't tell definitely you if it was the chest though. I can't be bothered with this Screen or Lies thing anyway. If I find it's cool, and if I really want it, I'd save for it. Saving for it takes you less time than looking for it to drop imo.

Eh... you can't go too far with deconstructism.
Otherwise, I could just start arguing that the world isn't real at all and we all live in a computer a la "the Matrix."

Some stuff has to be taken by faith. Like the staff was in the dat and there is pictures, and it was one of the contest winners.

That is more proof then the fake "blue firey dragon sword" (not the icey dragon sword) or the "coin shield" or "torment sheild."

And I am amazed people didn't accuse you of photoshop or some other possibilities, like what they always do.

But thats not the point. What I am trying to say is, when someone wish to share info, what they get is confrontation and accusations. Seriously, why would someone with a life bother to share any form of info and go through all the trouble of trying to explain their "Not completely convincing" screenshot. Sure, there are black sheeps around who spread bad info. But eventually, its the honest people who get mistreated.

And to add, I don't mean believe everything everyone says. This is the internet, everyone can post anything. We got to learn what to believe and what not to.

If they had made the dragon staff like it was in the concept it would have had tons of polys. Too much to waste on something that looks like a stick unless you're right on top of it. I think it still looks decent all things considered, and probably looks better dyed.
