It is very good and I fully agree on 100k but the only slight drawback of this is that the -3 is 'while hexed'. If it were 'while enchanted' then it would go more than 1 million.

I would say around 300k because it is usefull for runners when they get hexed by golems or imps. Thats just my opinion.
