I never got over the fact that livia did not seem to have any nipples :P

Since prophecies I've seen Elementalist Azuria as one of the best outfits (that fiery ele robes) and looks.

Since gwen livia is one of the npc with good looks, or that norn lady in olaf and xxx (don't remember the name good) olydette or so :s

OP, Gwen with Deldrimor armor is my hero vote, however I think the most X-rated in GW is any female PC mesmer in Enchanter armor or any female PC Elementalist. I've seen Elementalist apprentice armor and Mesmer enchanter armor at Fredericks...pretty close match.
