Dopefish it would be awesome if you could show us less experienced hard mode farmers the spots to "trap" the mobs so they can't escape in UW. Also tombs is a piece of cake , clearing the ecto dropping mobs takes me around 2-3 minutes

Also I think that using Intensity instead of Magenitc aura with raptors is safest, you increase a 25% the damage of sliver armor and kill the boss 100% sure.

I could powerlvl myself @ trolls from lvl 14

Hmm, have to do some faction farming, don't have ether nightmare yet. I hope level 1 alligiance is enough. Can you give us some more info on the build and tactics?

How do you deal with the nightmares? dont they rend SF?

I just tried the build 3 times. Timing is really nasty to get used to (no timer visible) and its very easy to make a mistake in the SF cycle. and killing the group of Aatxe and Graspings takes forever. Only manage to kill only four Grasping so far and aatxes where hardly damaged.

First of all: Great Guide!

I've just restarted GW and created a Mesmer because everyone said it's a challenge. Before that, i'm used to playing a Necro (so i've already used a lot of the 55hp builds ).
That's where i want to comment a tiny part of something you said, concerning Fahranur, The First City and that big group o' skales running around in front of the gate to enter the building:
You said that you haven't tried them yet. Is it because of the interrupts those nasty Ridgeback Skales can do? If that is your concern, well, those in that particular group can't interrupt.
The only thing which gives me doubt is ... energy. Necro's don't usually care much about energy (Soul Reaping ... sigh ... i miss that), at least not me, but with only 1 pip in E-Regen at that time, it can become tricky for a Mesmer. Especially if you have 6+ skales on your back and you need to constantly activate Protective Spirit.

Well, just a thought. You can try it out or i will once i hit 20 with the Mesmer.

Edit: Forgot to mention that it's easy to pull groups of the skales in groups of 3.

u might be able to lure them but u can't kill the whole mob at once as they will simply outdmg your healing breeze + ps combo since you will get more than 10 hits at once b4 hb can restore your life up again.

I've tried the Raptor Nestling Farming, and replaced [magnetic aura] by [Mental Block], I think it's easier to manage because it's reapplied every time an enemy strikes you.

has any1 had success of late with Naphui farm build posted on page 1?

can any1 tell me why i cant get past 1st group of foes ?

Yes,could anyone give more information on how to do the Nahpui Quarter farm?? I don't see how it goes

just dodge the ranger attacks by using walls and keep the melees blind.
If you do this the farm is very easy
