This tonic is the only one in game as of now... does drop from FoW chest but ive had mine 2 weeks now and no more has dropped yet so the drop rate is slim, also look how many people farm fow id imagine if drop rate was high there more then one.
Also another thing i'd like to add, if the post get's raged with flamer's then ill report them.
