Where do I get the quest "The Last Hierophant"?

Where do I get the quest "The Last Hierophant"?

I've tryed searching the threads and gwwiki but without luck...

I know it can be collected by Veth the Storyteller in Slavers' Exile (Level 1), but how exactly do I get there? I don't see any dungeon named Slavers Exile!

I've done this quest before, but now i need to do it again in order to complete the Master Dungeon Book.

Once you enter Slavers' (through Verdant Cascades via Umbral Grotto generally), the quest is automatically added to your log.

You get the quest when you enter Slaver's Exile. Upon entering, it will automatically be added to your quest log. The dungeon is located to the South-East of the Umbral Grotto, the entry is at the extremity of the area, just across the river. To access it, it requires you to have completed "A Time for Heroes" (aka. complete EoTN).

What you do, is you start from Umbral Grotto and head South/South East. If you have done that quest before, you should also see the Slaver's Exile dungeon icon on your map in that direction.
