Wtb Shadow Staff

I am looking for a max gold shadow staff(inscribable), the req. and attribute does not matter. The only mod I'm looking for on it is 20% enchanted.

I'm also interesting in buying an inscription called "Don't call it a comeback!" I would like a max one which is +7e under 50%hp
