You got ascended? if yes go to the great temple of balthazar or senji's corner and talk to the profession changer, then pay 500 gold and you got the rit sec prof. You can't change your secondary profession profession in the monastry.
hope this help

dunno if i understand if it is what i think: you could unlock them in pvp and then buy them at the monastry then you don't need to play the game till you get em all.

From my understanding...
You are trying to the the very first quests in factions for a ritualist, to get the skills without buying them.
Few things you should know:
1. When you enter a different campaign, quests are not available to you from areas/events, that happen before your arrival. (e.g. When you arrive in LA from factions, all quests prior to LA are not available to you.
2. Most skills are unavailable from quests, and must be bought from the specific skill trainer that has the skill (if the skil is not unlocked). (e.g Riposte is only available from 2 people, Dakk and Gammel).
3. You do not need to go and *hunt* down a skill. from my understanding, when you want a skill you are going out to use a skill capture on it, even if it's not an elite skill. Save time by buying the skill, it costs the same amount as the signet of capture
Hope these tips are helpful

I believe all of the skills needed for a w/rt build would be in KC (for the rit side), except the elite, which I am guessing is VwK. that you will have to play through the campaign and cap or balthazar faction unlock and tome it.
Antithesis
Farm Zaishen for Balthazar's faction or do any PvP to unlock the skills. You can then buy the normals from any Factions skill trader. Use an Elite Rit tome to grab VwK once unlocked, or cap it.
Covah
you also need 10k luxon or 10k kurz to get into the area where you can cap it.

Why should it suck? do 3-4 alliance battles and you have your 10k faction. It's not like it's some kind of a time consuming problem
stretchs
heh 3-4 alliance battles on the winning side, if you are deep in the opponents territory you are likely to take 7-8
