Only primary elementalists get to increase their energy storage attribute. As a primary ranger, you can raise expertise instead.

You can't use energy storage as it is a Primary Attribute. You only gain a classes Primary attribute if you are that Primary. Your Primary Attribute as a ranger is Expertise.

If all you're looking for are energy storage skills, then just go to a skill trainer and buy one. Nothing is stopping you from getting skills from the primary attribute of you're second profession. Perhaps you haven't encountered any yet (I know there's only two in presearing: aura of restoration and glyph of lesser energy). There aren't many outside of that anyway. The rest of the skills under energy storage are elite if I remember right.

If you're talking about raising the energy storage attribute, then you can't because you're not a primary elementalist

I did read the topic. You're just conveying yourself very badly.

Your topic title says attribute and later you said that you should have the inherent 0, but you don't (and you shouldn't). Obviously, you cannot have access to the attribute. If you do not have access to skills under energy storage, you are either mistaken and did not buy them, or it's a bug and nobody here can help you so you should send a report to Anet.

I read the topic....what you said is that you cannot see the Energy storage attribute.....well duh.....as has already been said....you do not get the primary attribute of your secondary profession. You are not supposed to see it on your Ranger. Try reading through the game manual if you still fail to understand.

As I recall, when you use a res shrine (balthazar) and get the energy storage blessing, you can get energy storage attribute =1 for the period of the blessing. Mind you it is pretty worthless to your necro, ranger etc

I'll try this one more time. I'll make it as easy as I possibly can.

When you are an anything/E you are allowed access to energy storage skills, for example, Aura of Restoration. You are even allowed to use that skill. However, you are not allowed to put attribute points into energy storage to boost the usefulness of said skills.

You are capable of possessing every energy storage skill. You can use them all at 0 attributes on anything but an ele. You cannot raise that because energy storage is the ele primary.

I don't even think you know what your problem is.

That picture you posted over and over again is your SKILLS not your ATTRIBUTE POINTS. You do NOT get the option to raise your ATTRIBUTE POINTS in the primary attribute of your secondary profession, in this case, Ele and Energy Storage. If you understand that, stop posting the picture of your skills list. We could all do the same if we cared enough to do so.

Now, if you have specifically purchased skills ON YOUR RANGER with the Energy Storage attribute, you will be able to see the skill just like on your N/E but will not be able to raise the points. If you understand that, try a few things:

1. Make sure you purchased the skill ON THE CHARACTER you want. Skills are not account based as you may or may not know.

2. Make sure the skill you purchased had the correct attribute. You might be freaking out because you bought an Unlinked skill and can't find it under Energy Storage.

3. Make sure you actually want an Energy Storage skill on your Ranger bar.

If you don't have the option to use Energy Storage skills it's probably because you do NOT have any, so what you do is go to your nearest skill trainer and buy your desired skill and stop QQ. If what you want is to use the energy storage attribute on your ranger then stop being a retard and make an ele or read the link that was posted on the first page and realize you can't have it or use it unless you are an ELEMENTALIST.

This is about like what my uncle asked me a few months back - "If I upgrade Word to Word to 2007 will it work with the Internet?". Well, sure it will work with the internet, I can't see where it would ever not.

Though at least in the case of the OP I figured out before reading the other thread he meant why didn't he have any ES skills on his ranger. As for my uncle, I never could figure out what he was wanting to do as it always involved Word working with the internet running (he eventually asked the nice people at Best Buy and they told him "yes, it will work fine" and charged him 50 dollars. It made him happy, he purchased it, and figures I am an idiot as *they* understood his question just fine).

At some point a basic understanding of the game is needed to formulate a question that others can figure out what you mean. In this case it was quite close to being what my uncle asked of me, even in your other thread it was such. I will suggest just going through the wiki and reading the basic information on the game as it will help you more than anything, I don't expect that to happen (no more than my uncle will bother to ever figure out why his question made no sense at all and Best Buy just told him something to get him to purchase software) but I can always hope.
