It's a christmas collectible, you can save it for about 8 months, find someone who's hoarding them or junk it.

Seeing as you can trade them for an Elf tonic (I think its 1:1 but im not sure adn I dont haev Wiki to check at work)

If its 1:1 Id say about 200g seeing as you get 2 partypoints for the tonic.

Edit: This collector only apears during the Wintersday event btw.
