When were these nerfed? Live for today and sieze the day have both lost 5 energy from the max.Or am I missing something?
Its not my, pvp equipment list no longer allows me more than +10 so I must assume its bugged in some way,Any ideas on this

You're missing something. Either that or you got hit by the rare bug which rollsback some of your inscriptions. It's happened to me before and I had to re unlock 15^50 and all the other 15% and 20% mods.

Yup looks that way.The balth priest in my gh has changed from unlocked to locked for these this morning.Oh wel.......
