Title says it all really, perhaps I should note it is also max damage. Not entirely sure on the mods but I seem to remember them being relatively good; +5e, 20% longer enchants and 20% Apt. not Attitude inscription.
Here is a picture of the skin; 5 different skins for one item seems quite excessive but oh well.
