PC on req 10 command insc eternal shield +azure recurve

hi guys
just opened the zaishen chest and out popped a req 10 command eternal shield and a req9 azure recurve bow


im not sure if the bow is worth anything but i havent come across the skin before but i would like a PC on the both anyway
