high def graphics

ive read up on third party programs that let the game use High Def. Textures. so why hasnt gw given these textures to the players? note i havent used any im just curious.

He's talking about TextMod.

It's the mod that makes all textures, regardless of where you are, High Quality.

At least that is what I personally interpret, I know TextMod does that though.

And the reason that they don't have High Quality textures in town is because there is so many people sometimes, that it would cause massive lag even to very high end computers, and in town this is not necessary to have these high quality features - only on your own char.

But yeah, if you wish, you can use TextMod to force it.

Meh, just leave the game as it is meant to be played.
