Asuran scan + Sliver armor

Hi everyone!

As i stated at the title, someone tried to use asuran scan + sliver amor on a foe?

Does it works?

I mean if you get more damage, as happens with intensity and/or Ebon Battle Standard of honor.

Asuran Scan would only effect one foe out of the whole mob, so whether you'd want to use it anyway is debatable. If you could get SA to target a boss reliably (I don't see much use in targeting a regular foe, they'd die too quickly), then it'd probably work (no guarantees on that though).

According to that, only attacks not spell damage like sliver armor.

try it out, it couldn't take longer than asking here

or just use SA with that ebon vanguard standard thingy that gives +damage (lost the name xD)

Yeah that was the plan... Focusing on a single enemy, especially a "hard one". Non sense (or almost) to hex regular foes.

Ummm emmm, let me explain it.. plain easy. I have not the skill. If someone tried and it works, then i can go happily through a not worthing/boring set of quest involving killing something ^^. If not... maybe i wont go there :P.

But... i think if noone knows... I must try... so you'll be right.... irony of life ftw.

I used it and i'm happy with that but wanna know if Intensity + EBSoH + Asuran Scan works or its a nono ^^

So, no. It doesn't affect Sliver Armor.

And yes, you caught me... i like the "original" wiki. I dont know why.. just ... tradition ^^

What's interesting though is that it does increase damage from the Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support, at r10 Vanguard and r10 Asura I believe they did around 120x2 for their Nine-tail Strike.

Probably because its an attack skill, and its essentially a minion of yours (ie the damage is yours)

I like the original better too. The talk pages there are more complete on pre EOTN stuff I find. I use both though, and just happened to have that up the first time I posted.

Have you done this recently? In the official wiki talk page I first posted someone said they corrected that in an update so that it doesn't work with EV Assassin Support anymore. The comment was made in January of this year, not sure about the supposed update change.
