Holy Staff skin with req healing and protection possible?

I seem to have searched everywere but have only found these with divine favor reqs. Is it possible for an inscr staff with the holy staff skin to have a req of healing/protection?

So you want a holy staff with half recharge of protection prayers? Requirement of a staff won't matter unless you intend to deal damage with it.

I think if you try places like Kaineng Centre, you can find one. (The actual weaponsmiths.)

Looking for the heal and prot reqs instead of divine because I intend to put an adapt staff head on it :/

says on wiki Holy Staff is only Divine.

I found a protection staff that has a protection requirement and POSSIBLY the holy staff requirement. However, it's 15^50 and I'm not sure yet if it's an inscription or not.

I'm heading to the weaponsmith to find out first-hand. I'll edit this post when the time comes.

Wrong skin, not an inscription. I suppose you'll just have to get lucky with a drop or buy from a player.
