Being stuck in Frankfurt again?
p.s. the 4=100% refers to packet loss.
Anybody else getting this problem today?
Been like this for hours now.
Haven't sent a support ticket yet but will later.
Cheers,
Timebandit

I've been having quite a few problems today. Random disconnects...especially Ascalon for some reason and tons of rubberbanding cases. Not pretty when you're trying to explore for Cartographer ><

Guildie of mine has been having problems of late too - hes in the UK and sometimes it lets him in sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes when it does, it isn't for long. Wonder what's going on over there.

Since the weekend I'm having some lag spikes here in the netherlands.
Up to 25k on sunday and had one of 10k today.
Yesterday an alliance member got perma d/c when we were in dungeon and entire team had lag spike. That was a mixed euro/us group playing from euro district.
Team members in several teams I've played with have same problem, so it's not just my connection.

Its been like this for me over 5 weeks now.It was ok on the st Patricks/easter weekends so i at least managed to farm the drops but come monday morning and it was back again. All last week it went away and i thought great its fixed but this monday morning its back.I,ve tried everything, reinstalled it all but i'm sure theres nothing wrong with my pc because it does the same on my sons pc and on my laptop.Been in touch with my isp,Demon UK,and they told me a few things to do but nothing worked. Its strange because it just seems to be Guild Wars, browsing the internets fine and counterstrike pings ok. As for the packet loss, yes that shows up for me too at several hops and thats just what its like, the game pausing for several seconds while it waits for data then TWANG everyone shoots around and the chat flys up when it catches up.Gonna email my isp again later and i'll submit a support ticket too

I'm in the same boat as BJT (inc. same ISP) will be emailing them again this evening.
If you want to collect a whole bunch of tracerts easily, do the following:
First do a normal tracert to the GW servers, note which hop it starts timing out at. Then send the following line to your command prompt.
tracert -h time out hop+2 serverip >> gwtrace.txt
So if you're timing out at the seventh hop,
tracert -h 9 206.127.153.151 >> gwtrace.txt
Just sends the output to a file without you having to copy and paste, and without overwriting the existing contents of the file, making collecting multiple traces a lot less hassle.- repeat 10, 15 times.

The other command that will be of interest is pathping as this shows the results of latency between the routes.
If I've interpreted my one correctly, there's something fubared on the route between two of demon's routers.

It has been 3 weeks like this for me now. I did everything I could think of:
HDD deletion, reinstalled windows, disabled antivirus/firewall, cheked ISP, submitted a ticket to support and after several test they've told me there is nothing they can do about it.
