F/NF Skills in EotN

Just to make sure, if you don't have Factions/NF, capping skills off of EotN bosses that have ones from those campaigns would be pointless, right? (well, other than being ready for when you do get the campaigns, of course)

You can cap them, they will just be locked until you purchase the appropriate campaign.

Heroes can use those skills, however you can't tell a hero to use the skill at a set time

actually, you can use the cap signet, but the skill will be locked in the cap-box-thing, and you cant unlock them. i tried the same, tried to get prepared shot in EOTN before i got nightfall.
