so lets say i finished PROF, can i go to a port city go to night fall and then play that campaign? with my level 20 character?

yeah, if ur in prophs jsut go to lions arch and a box should pop-up saying who you have to talk to to get the quests to get to factions, En and NF

Yes.

As long as you have all the account keys linked to one account, that is.

It's not quite as easy as jumping on a ship and teleporting straight there the first time but assuming that you have added your prophices, Nightfall and Factions keys all onto ONE account you should just need to take the primary quests from either Lions Arch, Kamadam or Kaineng (depending on what campaign your character is orginally from of course - in your case you'd need Lion's Arch)
Guild wars wiki can help you find the quests if you loose the NPCs in LA, this quest is the one to get you into factions for example: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Mhenlo%27s_Request

As long as you have the campaign to travel to the continent like Tyria to Elona.
A box will pop up in Lions Arch when you travel they're and say talk to "so and so" the mission is called Sunspears in Kryta.

Now that was assuming I was in Prof, Like i said I own all campaigns, including EOTN and the bonus mission pack, so i am currently in factions, will the same thing happen in kaineng center?

If your character is from Prophecies then you'll be able to access all the other continents from Lions Arch. After that it's as easy as clicking the ship and going.

Yes, once your Factions character gets to Kaineng Center they will be able to get quests to go to Prophecies and/or Nightfall.

Same idea with Nightfall characters & Kamadan.

If i leave factions mid storie to go and switch my second prof will i loose every thing like have to do all the missions all over again?

^Nope .. You can change ur 2nd as many times as you want.. nothing will change except your skills/attributes
