PC on tyrian r9 chaos axe, 15% enchanted

Was wondering how much this would fetch: r9 tyrian 15% while enchanted (clean otherwise). And what if i added in a +30hp mod and/or 20/20? Thanks in advance.

Unwanted mod 20k~ maybe ?

Also adding mods only makes it easier to sell but dosent affect the price.
