Ok so i here alot about farming and unique drops such as gold and green items.
I was playing factions but decided that i need to travel to change my current profession of A/E to A/D now in Nightfall, were would be the best place (or even in factions (assuming i can just travel back)) to farm for gold/green items?

i'm level 15 and i am also wondering if now would be the time to search for the quest to go to EoTN (last time i played my character was level 11 and there was a earth quake that triggered the EoTN campaign)

So the main questions are:

- best place to farm for gold/green items (I have all campaigns, bonus mission pack and EoTH so you can list any place and i can get there)
- How to activate EoTN in night fall or factions.

If I were you I would stick with A/E to farm, but you'll probably need to be level 20. As for farming spots, I'm not the best to give advice, but there are a lot of fairly easy green farms around the Sunspear Sanctuary. The items are not worth very much, most of them, but there's quite a few.

- were can i acess dungeons?

i love to farm in dungeons but i could only do that when the quest opened up for EotN is there places in NF that i can go (dungeons?)

nope only EotN sorry, although FoW and UW have end chests which are similar in manner to dungeon ones.

There are no dungeons in NF.

seeing how your second question has yet to be answered, I shall for you.
To get to EN from Factions or Nightfall, first you must be lvl 10, then go to Kaineng Center or Kamadan, upon entering a box should show telling you who to talk to to get the quest to get to EN.

No box ever popped up.

1) you must be in the city of your home continent
2) if you load slowly you might miss it. try the russian districts.
