Okay, so it turns out that inscribable Death Magic Plat. Wands don't exist...

So my next question is: about how much would this cost?

Platinum Wand [gold, non inscribable]
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Death Magic)
Halves casting time of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)

Are you buying, or selling one?

I think you'd be looking at 300k+ imo.

20/20 Wands and Staves are not super common and I have yet to see any 20/20 platinum wands.
