the best place i found to farm regular monk tomes is from smites in the UW. also graspings and aatxes drop warrior tomes pretty often also.

Lol. I forgot to mention, places that Will drop Tomes regularly. and Not High Level PvE.
Soul Saver
Pretty much all of hard mode you have a chance. For the elite tomes farm bosses of the same profession. They cost more because they don't drop alot. even regular tomes you will get some where there is usually a concentration of a certain profession ie smites as mentioned by joshuarodger. You just have to try places in hard mode.

lol ^_^ I know that. Just I mean, does anyone know of any places? Where there are concentrated enemies that drop these tomes and are farmable with one of my professions...

Just outside Nahpui Quarter. There are 2 large mixed mobs of necros and monks. The monks are not very efficient healers so it's a good run.

Ty. Will try Farming them for Necro And Monk Tomes.
Ate of DK
You can also farm "the scar eater" for elite monk tomes.
The surrounding enemies are necromancers and elementalists.
His green staff is nice for heroes.
He can be farmed within no time with an A/E in Hard Mode.
In Hard Mode hé dies much quicker than Normal Mode.

monk tomes : griffins and azure wrath in shiverpeaks, those are smiters
rt tomes : wardens in arborstone, jade brotherhood in kaineng
all doable as 55 soj monk (with slight variations)
though don't expect to get a stack in one day

I got lots of rit tomes farming destroyer cores. But they nerfed the warrior farm and you don't have an elementalist so I dunno about that.

true that, then maybe you could try this :

I haven't extensively tested this, probably should work with most classes though

Any suggestions about (normal) Para tomes? As far as i remember, there aren't any place with many paragons at same time, at least when it comes to storyline in NF and EotN. But i can remember wrong too.
Maybe there is a spot i've missed? Also, would be nice if the farm can be done with Monk, Warrior or Ranger (i prefer the first one though).
Thanks!

How do You guys farm those Mantids outside Nahpui?I know it's doable with A/E,but what's the exact build?I dont think 1 Sliver can kill all of em :/

is there any places packed with derv monsters?
Kiluna
Just outside of Eye of North is 2 groups of... i think 4 (total 8 or something) Dervishes.
Fahranur, The First City. From Jokanur Diggings. Just before the undead area is big group of something like 20-30 skales and about half of them are dervishes.

where is the best place for normal ele tomes excluding EotN?
as for Para tomes, the insects in the Plains of Jarin are a mix of paragons and warriors, there's also a paragon boss there surrounded by some para insects.
dervish tomes are easy, skales anywhere in istan and perhaps kourna too...

I've begun running CoF over the last few days, and done maybe 6-8 runs. from those runs i've had 2 rit tomes 2 derv tomes and an elite mesmer tome drop for me. Maybe i was just lucky though.
Also for ele tomes, there is a group of elementalists and a ele boss outside SS great hall, i think the boss' name is sunneh stormbringer or something like that. i've had decent luck there.

Tusked howlers and hunters are paragons; you will find a couple of groups in Arkjok Ward right outside Yohlon Haven.
As for normal ele tomes, I'd try flash gargoyles anywhere in Ascalon (noticeably outside Nolani), hydras in Skyward Reach and sand drakes in Diviner's Ascent.

Ritualist Tomes - Naga in Sunqua Vale or in Panjang Peninsula.
Necro Tomes - Farming Behemoths in Vehjin Mines (along with Derv Boss)
Well if you use 330hp Rt/Mo, you will find alot of these areas easy and quick to farm, along with being able to kill some bosses along the way with Pain Inverter. I have a big list of alot of places to farm on my guide. I've got tones of tomes from using 330hp myself...

There are loads of builds for most of the professions. I really can't say which is the "most efficient". But a Necro or Monk (55hp Spoil Victor) or 330hp Rit should be able to handle all of these opponents pretty well.
Kaleban
Byzzr Wingmender with a 55 Spoil Victor Necro.
Hide behind the rock, hit him with SV and something like Dark Pact, use Prot Spirit and Breeze when he dies, then Necrotic Traversal or Consume Corpse to pick up the loot. The prots are for the spawns that popup when you teleport.

Imo would be better to just go outside the Eye of the North for derv monsters. Wisps there can be soloed with 105/330 ritualist very easily.
