Just worth mentioning, but how about buffing this elite so that it also does "This spell has 25% armor penetration."?

Im certain it already has 25% armor penetration. Its always done exactly the same damage as lightning orb for me.

Click on the skill and in notes it says that, unlike other lightning skills, it has no armor penetration.

It's prety ownage at pvp, shouldnt buff it imo.

Its hardly anywhere near as good as shatterstone though.

Shatterstone doesn't knock your foe down, Surge is already fine as it is

Its a well-balanced and used elite, no need to buff.

Suxon elementalists get buffed too much if this gets buffed
