DChop attack speed?

Hi, I'm just wondering what DChop's attack speed is under 33% IAS?

I'm seeming to reflex interrupt 1 second casts with it with decent succession, which to me is strange because last time I saw under 33% IAS it's 1 attack per second. Which means it's impossible under reflex...

33% IAS is 0.89 seconds per attack.

1.33 (axe attack speed) * .66 = .8778 seconds

in theory

1.33 seconds per attack - 0.4389 (33%) = 0.8911 seconds per attack.
