Unfortunately it is Non-inscribable. Damage modifier is: +15% dmg whilst in a Stance. Gold/Max Damage, other mods negligable.
Worth anything or is it hero food?
Added: Second item: Everything is the same as the first except the damage mod/'inscription' is +5e (non-insc though).
