Bannable offense?

MMkay, so i was in the desert the other day running someone, and one person payed me before time and went afk. SO, i had to leave due to a somewhat of a family emergency, and wasnt online when i got back. Now... about 2 weeks later an entire guild is spamming me. I was going to give the money back, but if im going to be abused like this.. theres no chance in hell. Anyway to report these people??

Seems to me you were aggravating them on purpose. You could of just given the measly 2k back from the start.

i was but they had been spamming me for about 3 days now. i was going to originally but they started spamming one day too soon

you could of just told them right off the bat that you had to leave early and you were going to return the money. now that you've let it go for a few days, chances are you guys will just keep going at it

If you haven't done so already, PM the person who you ran, offer the gold back, and then politely explain that if the harrassment doesn't stop, you'll report his entire guild. (I think the person was stupid to pre-pay for a run in the first place, since that's a well known scamming technique by so-called "runners.") They probably won't get banned, but a 72 hour suspension might make the kiddies behave themselves better.

Of course, this is giving you the benefit of the doubt since we're only hearing your side of the story. I suppose that preventing this kind of thing is one of the reasons so many runners say "No AFKs" when advertizing.

where can i go to report them? i dont want them to get perma banned or anything
