farming with 130hp

Can anyone link or tell me every place in Nightfalls and Prophecies for all 130hp dervish farming locations. Please also tell if it is possible to do the farm(s) with Hard Mode.

P.S. I do NOT have HM in Prophecies. Only in Nightfall.

Search is your friend in the farming sections generlly mostly any melee mobs with not many interupts.
