New chinese accounts after 4/10

For chinese players, new game keys are now bought from ncsoft.com (the in-game link points to the US/european store)

Will the characters created in the new accounts be restricted to english names?

interesting question... i would assume no. it would NOT be fair to them to have to use a language they don't even know.
