PC on req9 eternal shield

just found this in the underworld and would like to now its value

20k-30k or so.... nice mods but sorta bad mix

take out the armor+10 and add a +30 hp, you'll make profit.

1) Never mod weapons just to sell them, because you WON'T make a profit.
2) This shield is non-inscribable!
3) I'd say 25-50k seems right, though it could be hard to sell
